The €199 fee covers the TutorDeluxe verification review. You only pay after we pre-screen your application. If you do not pass verification, we refund the fee in full.

We refund the full €199 fee.
If you withdraw before review starts
If you withdraw before we begin verification work, we refund the full fee.
If you refuse required information after paying
As a conservative MVP policy, we refund and close the application. This is subject to legal review.
If you pass and are published
Once you pass verification and your profile is published, the fee is non-refundable unless required by law.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory withdrawal period for online service contracts. Because verification may begin promptly, we ask for explicit consent to immediate performance during checkout. Your statutory rights are unaffected. This section is subject to legal review.
